THE PHOENIX PROJECT
Completed January 2017
We designed The Phoenix Project with a modern, clean look that is both practical and neat. The Phoenix Project, as the name suggests, is based out of the old residence that we were given to renovate.  The changes have been minimal with the core design concept being to simply bring in natural light throughout the house and some element that would visually keep the two floors of the residence connected.  And the central atrium achieves just that.

We were given a beautiful old campus in Chennai with scores of trees and asked to create an institution bang in the middle of it.  To retain the tree cover, we built the institution block around the trees and brought nature inside the building. We also ensured that there were sufficient breakout spaces for the students because we believe true education Contact us to learn more about this incredible project.
